Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our collision center team. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service throughout the repair process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, customer-focused, and able to learn new systems quickly. Prior collision center or body shop experience is preferred and training will be provided as neccessary.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers professionally and assist them in person, by phone, and via email
  • Schedule repair appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and updates
  • Work closely with estimators, technicians, and management to ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle insurance paperwork and assist with parts, materials, and other claim-related documentation
  • Accurately input and update customer and vehicle information in management systems
  • Ensure all customer files are complete, accurate, and organized
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized front office and reception area
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using new computer systems
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Automotive, collision repair, or insurance experience is preferred
