Job Title: Customer Service Representative 8:00 am-4:30 pm 2 days per week on site, remainder of week remote
$18-20/hr commensurate with experience
Job Description: Currently, Quick Cable is undergoing a transformation in which the company seeks to significantly improve service and productivity through operational excellence and implementing proven improvement in Customer Care and Retention methodologies. The Customer Service Representative role is critical to provide great customer service expertise and quick response time.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders timely and accurately.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries with a sense of urgency and first contact resolution.
  • Administer customer order changes, expedites, tracking and cancellations.
  • Process all incoming emails, calls and faxes promptly and accurately.
  • Provide product and order information accurately and knowledgeably.
  • Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, etc.
  • Contact customers concerning any changes or delays in shipment of orders.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working within a manufacturing customer service atmosphere and order entry background.
  • Experience with working with ERP and or other inventory databases
  • Proficient in PC/ Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Ability to forge solid relationships with teammates, managers, customers and operate effectively across a wide range of capabilities and personalities.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Associates degree in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or related area is strongly preferred.

Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm hybrid remote schedule, willing to work overtime when needed.
Pay Rate: $18-20/hr commensurate with experience
