At Rosauers Supermarkets, the deli isn't just a place to pick up lunch—it's a culinary adventure waiting to happen. As a Deli Associate, you'll be the curator of delectable delights, crafting customized sandwiches, salads, and more with an artistic touch, serving up scrumptious creations that make every meal memorable. What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
  • Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
  • Update displays, cases and other customer-facing areas to ensure new items and promotions are showcased.
  • Ensure work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment and floors, and removing trash.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies.
  • Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
