What You'll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

  • Process freight and unload trucks.

  • Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.

  • Maintain an organized stockroom.

  • Contribute to a safe shopping environment.

  • Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed.

  • Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect "anything."

Experience & Skills You'll Bring

  • A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.

  • Retail experience a plus but not required.

  • Excellent communication & time management skills.

  • Ability to initiate a conversation.

  • Minimum Age 16 years.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Hourly Pay Range is $17.13-$17.63

All associates receivepaid sick leave (one hour for every 30 hours worked), and up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave.Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan with partial company matching.

In addition, Full-time associates receive 5 days of paid vacation, 8 paid Holidays, 3 paid Floating Holidays, up to 2 additional days of paid bereavement leave, and up to 5 days of paid jury duty leave. Full-time associates (and their families) are offered medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
