Job Summary:
The Associate, Credit Portfolio Management, will partner with an Asset Manager to service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including compliance with associated agreements and portfolio surveillance.
Responsibilities:
  • Address customer requests and internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Review and approve reserve disbursement requests in accordance with loan requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with loan documents, including all covenant obligations.
  • Prepare and complete required documentation for cash processing activities.
  • Process payment day waterfalls to ensure accurate fund distribution.
  • Review and analyze borrower financial statements and budgets for compliance and performance assessment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinker.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and administrative skills.
  • Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
