The Opportunity
We're seeking an Associate Creative Director to help develop creative platforms, integrated campaigns, and compelling brand stories across the Snapdragon portfolio.
This role combines creative leadership, campaign development, and cross-functional partnership. You'll work with strategists, marketers, designers, agencies, and production teams to transform business objectives into distinctive creative ideas that inspire audiences and drive impact.
The ideal candidate is a strong art-direction-led thinker with a point of view on visual storytelling, campaign development, and creative craft, helping shape ideas from initial concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative platforms and integrated campaign concepts across film, digital, social, experiential, retail, and other key Snapdragon touchpoints.

  • Help shape the creative direction for Snapdragon and other strategic business priorities.

  • Translate complex technology innovations into simple, compelling stories and customer benefits.

  • Serve as a key creative partner to agencies, production companies, designers, directors, photographers, and other creative specialists, helping elevate the quality and consistency of campaign work.

  • Provide creative leadership throughout campaign development, ensuring ideas remain strategically aligned and executionally strong.

  • Scale campaign ideas across channels and touchpoints while maintaining a consistent and recognizable Snapdragon identity.

  • Build and present persuasive creative recommendations.

  • Maintain a high standard of creative quality across campaign extensions and executions.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in creative, advertising, brand marketing, or related disciplines.

  • Portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign thinking, creative platform development, and exceptional work across multiple channels and formats.

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related creative tools), with the ability to review, guide, and help shape creative work throughout the development process.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, agencies, and production partners.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$133,500.00 - $200,300.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
