• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, using evidence-based practices to address their unique challenges.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating conversations that empower clients to express their feelings, improve coping strategies, and gain insight into their mental health.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation that meets agency standards and compliance regulations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Manage a consistent caseload, adjusting to client needs and scheduling flexibility while prioritizing therapeutic continuity.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance therapeutic approaches.

Your role as an Associate Clinical Social Worker will involve working with diverse populations experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, and life transitions. • Must hold active registration as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) in the state of California.

• Proficiency in managing time effectively and keeping organized records in a fast-paced environment.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in an outpatient setting.
