Our client is seeking a motivated Associate Counsel to join their in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to transition from private practice into a growing business with significant long-term career potential.

The role will focus on transactional and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements such as equipment purchases, SaaS, professional services, and lease agreements.

Additional responsibilities include supporting regulatory compliance initiatives, identifying legal risks, and helping develop practical business solutions.

Qualified candidates must have a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, active bar admission in good standing, and 1-2 years of transactional or commercial law experience in a law firm or in-house setting, preferably with a small to mid-sized organization.
