Job Description

The Preconstruction Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project coordination support to the Preconstruction and Development teams during planning and design. Assist with project documentation, schedules, meetings, budgets, due diligence, and consultant coordination.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support multiple preconstruction projects and maintain schedules and action logs.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up items.
  • Organize drawings, contracts, reports, and project files.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Assist with budgets, bid comparisons, and cost tracking.
  • Track permits, due diligence documents, and project deadlines.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and general project correspondence.
  • Perform other administrative and project support duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Education

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and learn quickly.
