Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Social Content Creator who can navigate ambiguity, move quickly, and deliver high-impact work. This role requires strong creative instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Seated in Colle McVoy's specialty Earned and Influence practice, this role is perfect for a social-first thinker who knows what content will resonate and how to make it.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end ideation and execution of high-volume social content across platforms with limited oversight
  • Develop content that drives engagement and cultural relevance, informed by performance and audience behavior
  • Constantly monitor social media platforms to identify emerging trends, cultural topics and formats, translating them into actionable content ideas for our accounts
  • Analyze real-time performance to extract insights and continuously optimize content
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making in fast-moving, ambiguous situations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to execute against fast-moving priorities
  • Consistently generate strong, social-first ideas and concepts across brainstorms, kickoffs and team meetings

Required Skills

  • Experience owning day-to-day social execution for multiple brands or clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Detroit.

At the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000. Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
