How you'll make an impact:
MRP is searching for a passionate and agile Production Flex Associate who consider themselves problem-solvers and excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great with us. As Production Flex Associate in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for providing operational support across multiple production areas, with a primary focus on Hand Packing and RFID coordination.

What will you do in this role?
  • Provide daily support in the Hand Packing Department as directed.
  • Work in other production departments to support daily operational needs.
  • Perform general labor duties such as material handling, packing, labeling, feeding machines, and assembling products.
  • Assist with line setup, cleanup, and changeovers with the new RFID tag system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
  • Accurately complete required production documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding work status, issues, or concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency or safety.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned based on business needs.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math, reading, and communication skills
  • Has curiosity for production processes and machine learning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The physical requirements and work environment:
Physical Demands
  • Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift).
  • Lifting/Carrying: Lift, push/pull or move materials up to 30 lbs.
  • Repetitive Motions: Frequent use of hands and arms for machine operation and material handling.
  • Visual/Manual Requirements: Ability to read gauges, measure materials, and perform quality checks.

Environmental Conditions
  • Noise Level: Exposure to moderate to high noise levels; hearing protection provided.
  • Safety Gear: Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves.
  • Other Factors: Occasional exposure to dust, ink, or chemicals used in production.

Schedule & Work Hours
  • 3 Days/Week which rotates weekly to optimize time off with work time, 6:00am - 6:00pm.
