Job Description:

MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent located in Plymouth, MN. Our client is a Building Automation Leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability

 

Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage field operations for low voltage system projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to project execution and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with job site safety plans and proactively address safety concerns

Develop and maintain project logistics plans, schedules, and look-ahead forecasts

Track project progress and prepare detailed status reports and formal communications

Lead subcontractor meetings focused on safety and progress updates

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution

Ensure all work aligns with plans, specifications, and local building codes

Maintain thorough project documentation (daily reports, safety logs, site photos)

Identify, document, and resolve project deficiencies in a timely manner

Anticipate and mitigate potential project risks

Oversee job site security and overall site operations

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Construction Supervisor / Superintendent

5+ years of experience in low voltage systems such as:
Nurse Call, Access Control, Fire Alarm, HVAC Controls, Intercom, Mass Notification, Public Address, Networking, or Audio Visual

Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project

Proven ability to mentor and develop team members

Associate’s Degree in Construction or related field (preferred)

OSHA 30 certification (preferred)


Additional Information

Duration: 03 Months with possibility of extension

Location:  Plymouth, MN 55442

Shift hours: M-F, 08 to 05
