Job Summary:

The Salesforce CTA, Associate Vice President will lead complex Salesforce architecture and delivery efforts, advising clients and overseeing implementation teams to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, integration approaches, and implementation strategies for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud programs.
• Lead solution design decisions across Salesforce data models, customization approaches, enterprise integrations, and application architecture to support business and technology requirements.
• Oversee delivery teams through planning, design, build, test, and deployment activities for large-scale Salesforce implementations, while monitoring scope, quality, risks, and status.
• Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, solutioning discussions, and client presentations that demonstrate Deloitte's experience and approach.
• Mentor practitioners, support recruiting and staffing activities, and contribute to practice growth through internal initiatives, thought leadership, and market-facing content.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of consulting and Salesforce implementation experience delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud programs for Life Sciences or other industries
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industry Clouds, including architecture decisions for configuration and customization
• Experience with Salesforce licensing models, enterprise integrations using MuleSoft or other middleware, and data migrations from legacy systems into Salesforce
• Experience building and reviewing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, and Apex
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
• Experience with Salesforce product capabilities and ecosystem offerings
• Experience with architecture and design patterns, including service-oriented architecture, microservices, object-oriented design, and integration patterns
• Experience leading architecture decisions with business and information technology stakeholders across client and vendor teams
• Experience implementing Agentforce or other agentic artificial intelligence capabilities
