Job Summary

Provides corporate support services for all procurement services, financial management, inventory control and documentation management associated with system wide facility development activities and projects. Position leads the resources necessary to:
-Oversee shared capital project services
-Oversee capital procurement and financial tracking
-Ensures appropriate project controls are used in purchasing, inventory, documentation and financial management.
-Oversee financial tracking of all capital projects.
-Oversee warehouse services and inventory management.
-Oversee the procurement of non-capital items including all furniture and signage for Prisma Health.
Areas of responsibility include project support services for real estate, planning, designing and construction services.

Essential Functions

  • All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference.

  • Responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the Facilities Development Department's project support service activities including inventory management, financial management, capital project reporting, document control and procurement activities for all capital projects within the system.

  • Responsible for procurement of all contracts, sub-contracts, materials and services needed for capital project development.

  • Responsible for procurement of all furniture and signage for Prisma Health and other non-capital items as needed.

  • Responsible for overseeing the financial tracking of all projects within the Prisma Health capital plan and ensuring all financial processes and procedures are followed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education - Business/Construction Management, Purchasing Management, or Computer Science - Preferred

  • Experience - Five (5) years of purchasing or related experience

In Lieu Of

  • In Lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above, an Associate degree and 7 years of purchasing related experience.
