Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, hardware, printers, and basic networking.

Required Qualifications
  • 1–4 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or service desk roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365/Office 365.
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and basic networking.
  • Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and wireless devices.
  • Strong customer service, communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma, technical/vocational training, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with PowerShell.
