The Innovation Hub Associate supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives that improve organizational efficiency, leverage emerging technologies, and drive continuous innovation across the organization. This role contributes to research, process improvement, AI-enabled workflows, documentation, testing, and operational analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects that enhance business operations and service delivery.

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 10–15 hours per week. The position is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, naturally curious, comfortable with technology, and enjoy solving complex business problems.

Research & Discovery

  • Conduct research on operational processes, technology solutions, and industry trends,
  • Gather, organize, and synthesize information into actionable recommendations
  • Assist with evaluating business problems and identifying opportunities for process improvement

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Assist with documenting and improving organizational workflows and business processes

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to organize information, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or comparable productivity software.
  • Basic familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ability to use prompts to complete simple research, documentation, and productivity tasks.
  • Successful completion of all required Criminal Background checks
