BIM/VDC SpecialistOverview

Support BIM and VDC coordination for commercial construction projects in the El Paso area. This role works closely with project teams, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure accurate, coordinated, and constructible models using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Autodesk Forma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support BIM/VDC coordination on active construction projects.
  • Perform model review, clash detection, and constructability analysis using Revit and Navisworks.
  • Assist with MEP and multidisciplinary coordination efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams, designers, and subcontractors to resolve coordination issues.
  • Manage project documentation and model information through Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Review drawings and models for constructability and coordination concerns.
  • Maintain organized model files, coordination records, and project documentation.
  • Support project managers and field teams to ensure BIM deliverables align with field execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in BIM/VDC, model coordination, or construction technology.
  • Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Understanding of commercial construction processes and field execution.
  • Ability to identify constructability and coordination issues within models and drawings.

Pay and Benefits
