Job description

Business Architecture Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Bloomington, MN): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business Architecture Associate Manager in Bloomington, MN and the job duties are as follows:
  • Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients' program/project specifications and objectives.
  • Gather and analyze information to define project specifications and requirements, and review design specifications using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
  • Identify functional changes for new or existing features to meet the business requirements.
  • Write functional specifications using cases and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.
  • Develop solution, strategy, and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to the business, IT client, and development team.
  • Provide functional support to the development team in using the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.
  • Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management.
  • Work with team members to leverage and adapt existing methods and procedures, and create solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Delivering structured IT application development lifecycles and methodologies, including leading Agile or Scrum teams;
  • Delivering projects, including creating end-to-end system integrated solutions, and utilizing testing tools;
  • Architecting, configuring, coding, testing, and deploying Oracle Supply Chain and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications for global customers;
  • Implementing and utilizing Oracle Supply Chain solutions and end-to-end integration with ERP solutions;
  • Upgrading and migrating Oracle Supply Chain solutions with cloud-based functionalities catering to specific business requirements across clients and industries;
  • Designing, developing, documenting, and supporting cloud-based supply chain solutions;
  • Configuring Oracle ERP Cloud system in Supply Chain Management including Manufacturing, inventory and Product Data Hub;
  • Utilizing Agile or Waterfall project methodology;
  • Analyzing Oracle ERP Cloud incidents and defects, and providing break-fix solutions; and
  • Conducting fit gap analysis and designing solutions in Oracle ERP Cloud Manufacturing, inventory and Product Data Hub modules.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
