Job description


The Associate, AI Analyst supports the execution of enterprise data and AI strategy and governance by assisting with training delivery, use case workshops, value case development, business requirements and execution. This role involves researching emerging technologies, building proof-of-concept solutions, understanding and translating business requirements into digital solutions, and helping teams implement AI tools in alignment with organizational policies. This role reports to the Senior Director, Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
  • AI Strategy & Governance Support: Assist in the execution and monitoring of AI strategy, governance frameworks, and related initiatives.
  • Training & Enablement: Lead and support training sessions to educate teams on AI tools, policies, and best practices.
  • Use Case Development: Collaborate in workshops to identify, assess, and refine AI use cases across business units.
  • Value Case Creation: Assist in building value cases for AI initiatives, including ROI analysis and business impact assessments.
  • Emerging Technology Research: Conduct research, develop proof-of-concept (PoC), and production ready solutions for emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Policy Adherence & Compliance: Support teams in aligning with organizational AI policies and ethical guidelines during tool implementation and usage.
  • Digital Solutions: Partner with the business to define requirements and aid in data analysis and modeling, solution prototyping and insights generation to achieve business outcomes
  • Tool Implementation Support: Assist with the deployment and integration of AI tools, ensuring alignment with business needs and governance standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with offshore AI team members, and business unit technical teams to support skill development, knowledge sharing, and team growth.

Knowledge and Skills Required for Position
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Project portfolio that we can review (preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in AI, data analytics, or technology consulting.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and platforms.
    • Databricks, LangGraph, Copilot Studio, Claude Code, GitHub
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Hybrid in office structure (3 days per week in the office) Brunswick Hills Twp, Ohio
  • Some travel may be required (0-20%)
