Responsible for managing multi-disciplinary projects to implement changes to existing technical systems and processes. Engage in project or program management that entails handling technically complex, cross divisional activities. Utilize verbal and written presentation skills to effectively communicate technical and business requirements. Work with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud technologies. Participate in high level architectural and engineering discussions to accurately manage stakeholder communication. Utilizing Jira, Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) with an understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile and waterfall models. Performing markdown for documentation management and gitlab SDLC.
