As a Community Associate, you'll help shape how customers experience DraftKings across our social channels. You'll be the voice behind DK Assist on X, creating timely, engaging content while building meaningful connections with our community through every interaction. Working at the intersection of the Social Media and Customer Experience Teams, you'll turn customer conversations into opportunities to strengthen trust, elevate our brand, and deliver an exceptional social experience.

What you'll do as a Community Associate
  • Respond to customer questions across the DK Assist social channels with speed, empathy, and accuracy, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

  • Create timely, engaging social content that reflects our brand voice, sparks conversation, and strengthens customer sentiment.

  • Partner closely with the Social Media and Customer Experience Teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey across social touchpoints.

  • Identify trends, emerging conversations, and opportunities to proactively engage our community with relevant content.

  • Balance customer support with community engagement by turning everyday interactions into meaningful brand moments.

  • Help grow our social presence by applying platform best practices that increase engagement, strengthen community relationships, and reinforce trust in the DraftKings brand.

  • Support a rotating schedule that may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays to provide timely coverage across our social channels.

What you'll bring
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Strong copywriting skills with experience creating engaging social content, including both real-time and evergreen content.

  • Knowledge of DraftKings' offerings, customer experience, and player community.

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, internet culture, and emerging trends.

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple conversations simultaneously, and make thoughtful decisions under pressure.

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Premiere is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 56,300.00 USD - 70,400.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
