Vous avez de l'experience dans l'immobilier commercial, notamment dans la realisation d'evaluations immobilieres de haute qualite, d'etudes de marche et de developpement commercial. Vous aimez mettre votre expertise au service des clients et leur offrir un service exceptionnel, et vous tirez parti de la technologie pour gagner en efficacite. La culture d'entreprise est importante pour vous, et vous vous efforcez de developper vos relations et de partager vos idees afin d'ameliorer les processus et les procedures.

Dans ce role, vous devrez...

  • Demontrer un grand interet pour la production de rapports detailles et de qualite.
  • Entretenir les relations avec les clients en leur offrant un service a la clientele exceptionnel.
  • Travailler en collaboration pour developper et stimuler la croissance strategique de votre marche en tirant parti de votre expertise.
  • Promouvoir et defendre la marque Colliers.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Au moins 3 ans d'experience professionnelle pertinente
  • Le titre AACI et un portefeuille de clients bien etabli
  • Un esprit de collaboration hors du commun avec d'excellentes competences relationnelles
  • Maitrise des applications Microsoft Office
  • Experience avec Argus Enterprise (un atout)
