Job Summary
The Senior Client Partner, Strategic Accounts is a strategic leader and trusted advisor responsible for managing a portfolio of complex, high-value clients. This role delivers a proactive, high-touch service experience while driving measurable business outcomes through collaboration, accountability, and client-focused innovation.
You will operate at the intersection of relationship management and operational excellence-aligning stakeholders, navigating complexity, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building long-term, trusted partnerships
  • Act as a strategic advisor by understanding client goals, identifying risks, and recommending proactive solutions
  • Balance diverse stakeholder needs across client organizations and internal teams
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication to drive alignment and strengthen relationships

Service Delivery & Operational Excellence
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery across multi-site environments, ensuring alignment with SLAs and contracts
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Monitor performance, client satisfaction, and financial results; take action to optimize outcomes
  • Partner with local operators to support execution of client strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Support to deliver integrated solutions
  • Foster collaboration across multiple business sectors within Compass
  • Promote a culture of shared ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Growth & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth, cross-selling, and service enhancements
  • Leverage data, insights, and market trends to inform strategic recommendations
  • Champion innovation that improves client experience and operational efficiency

Business Planning & Insights
  • Lead strategic business reviews, aligning performance with client objectives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 5-7+ years managing complex, multi-site or strategic client relationships

  • Strong financial, operational, and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
