We're looking for an Associate Client Partner to join our Emerging & Scaled Sales team, one of the fastest-growing teams within Spotify Advertising. In this role, you'll combine strategic thinking, relationship building and commercial acumen to help advertisers achieve their business goals. You'll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, recommend the right solutions, and bring Spotify's advertising products to life through compelling storytelling and thoughtful partnership.

If you're curious, collaborative, and energized by building lasting client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Build trusted relationships with advertisers by understanding their business objectives and delivering consultative, strategic recommendations.
  • Develop new business opportunities by proactively identifying, prospecting, and nurturing future clients across your assigned market and vertical.
  • Create compelling sales narratives by leveraging market insights, campaign learnings, and Spotify's advertising solutions to address client needs.
  • Meet and exceed advertising revenue goals while taking an entrepreneurial approach to growing your portfolio.
  • Analyze campaign performance, develop actionable insights, and recommend optimizations that help clients achieve stronger business outcomes.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Spotify's advertising products, platform capabilities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, prioritizing opportunities and maintaining accurate forecasting through CRM and sales tools.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Data, to deliver an outstanding client experience and drive long-term success.
Who You Are
  • You have 4+ years of experience managing a sales pipeline and driving revenue within a digital advertising or advertising technology organization. Experience in audio advertising is a plus.
  • You know how to build trusted client relationships through thoughtful, consultative selling.
  • You are highly organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, tailoring your message to different audiences and building credibility with stakeholders.
  • You are motivated by achieving ambitious goals while continuously raising the bar for your own performance.
  • You enjoy identifying new opportunities and proactively building pipelines to drive future growth.
  • You care about collaboration and believe the best results come from sharing ideas, learning from others, and celebrating team success together.
  • You approach your work with integrity, curiosity, and a growth mindset, and you're excited to contribute to the continued evolution of Spotify Advertising.
Where You'll Be
  • This role is based in New York, NY.
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
  • We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.

These ranges may be modified in the future.

Spotify is an equal opportunity employer. You are welcome at Spotify for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or what’s playing in your headphones. Our platform is for everyone, and so is our workplace. The more voices we have represented and amplified in our business, the more we will all thrive, contribute, and be forward-thinking! So bring us your personal experience, your perspectives, and your background. It’s in our differences that we will find the power to keep revolutionizing the way the world listens.
