Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Aviation Client Service Advisor to join our team. The Client Service Advisor is responsible for servicing and supporting client accounts, managing renewals, maintaining strong insurance company relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for an experienced customer service, insurance or aviation professional who thrives in a service-driven environment and is committed to delivering accurate, timely, and proactive client support.


Key Responsibilities

Client Account Servicing

  •          Serve as the point of contact for assigned client accounts
  •          Manage day-to-day servicing needs including policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and audits
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and service requests
  • Conduct policy reviews to ensure appropriate coverage and alignment with client needs

Renewals & Retention

  •          Help manage the renewal process from start to finish, including data collection, submissions, quote review, and renewal presentations
  •          Coordinate with producers and insurance companies to obtain competitive renewal coverage options
  • Support agency retention efforts by providing consistent, high-quality service

Carrier & Underwriting Coordination

  •          Work closely with insurance company underwriters to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing and coverage terms
  •          Prepare and submit accurate applications with supporting documentation
  • Monitor underwriting guidelines and requirements to ensure compliance 

Compliance & Administrative Duties

  •          Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Applied EPIC
  •          Ensure policies, endorsements and documentation comply with state regulations and agency procedures
  • Assist with customer claims
  • Maintain required licenses and complete continuing education as required
  • Invoicing and payment follow up

Collaboration & Support

  •          Work collaboratively with producers, account managers, and leadership
  •          Assist with onboarding new accounts
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

Qualifications

Experience

  •          Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, insurance or aviation experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail

Education

  •          Associates or Bachelors degree preferred with an emphasis on Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management & Insurance, Marketing, Accounting or a related field
  •          Equivalent insurance industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
