Role:

The Systems Analyst I plays a critical role in managing business systems that drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability. This position serves as a liaison between business operations and technology teams, collecting requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions, and supporting the ongoing operation of multiple business systems.

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily and monthly operations logs; verify completion of scheduled jobs and troubleshoot failures.
  • Support daily operations of the core system, core workload automation, lending origination systems, document archival and all other business information systems.
  • Troubleshoot application issues; coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and vendors.
  • Perform system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and maintenance for supported applications.
  • Maintain APIs, special features, and add-ons to support business needs.
  • Support the document processing system(s) and the design and maintenance of associated electronic forms.
  • Support digital channels and core integrations for digital account opening, online banking, online loan applications, payment platforms and other core integrations and interfaces.
  • Gather and document business requirements; conduct interviews with business units to research and analyze solutions.
  • Review vendor documentation, perform gap analysis, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Assist with the design, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and integrations.
  • Communicate project requirements, system changes, and test results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Follow change management and incident escalation procedures.
  • Ensure systems and applications adhere to all information security, risk and compliance policies and standards.
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate system updates.
  • Remote work is available after 90 days(Hybrid).
Skills/ Requirements:
  • Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Must be a resident of Arizona
