Job Title: US - Business Intelligence AnalystJob Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst develops, maintains, and improves data solutions that support operational decision-making within a plant environment. This role designs and manages datasets, builds and optimizes Power BI dashboards and reports, ensures data accuracy, and identifies opportunities to improve business processes through data analysis and visualization.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for plant leadership and operational teams.
  • Build, manage, and maintain datasets from multiple data sources, including multiple ERP systems, to support reporting and data-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with plant management and department leaders to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
  • Create automated reporting solutions that reduce manual reporting efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms and data solutions.
  • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and dashboard functionality to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, reporting errors, and performance problems in a timely manner.
  • Continuously analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving business processes and operational performance.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Power BI development and administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience building data models, datasets, and automated reports.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
  • Proficiency working with SQL databases and writing SQL queries.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
