Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Intelligence Support Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Integrates intelligence data sources and analytical products into operational technical infrastructure, providing operators with real-time intelligence context within mission systems.
* Develops tools and workflows that bridge intelligence analysis and technical operations, ensuring operators maintain situational awareness during capability employment.
* Serves as technical liaison between intelligence analysts and capability developers.
* Design workflows automating intelligence enrichment of technical observables (IPs, domains, file hashes)
* Implement intelligence data pipelines delivering near-real-time updates to operational systems
* Create dashboards and interfaces presenting fused intelligence-technical situational awareness
* Document intelligence integration architectures and data flow designs
* CONUS travel maybe required up to 25% Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 13+ years of experience OR Associate's degree and 11+ years of experience OR Master's Degree and 7+ years, OR a PhD with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience.
* 4+ years experience integrating intelligence data into technical systems or operational environments
* Strong understanding of intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, cyber threat intelligence)
* Proficiency with intelligence data formats and standards (STIX, TAXII, JSON, XML)
* Experience developing APIs, data integrations, and middleware solutions
* Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
* Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, graph databases) Preferred Qualifications: * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Intelligence Studies, or related field
* Background as intelligence analyst with technical skill development
* Experience with cyber threat intelligence platforms (ThreatConnect, Anomali, MISP)
* Familiarity with SIEM integration and security orchestration (SOAR)
* Knowledge of intelligence dissemination systems and classification handling
* Experience with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) data and tools Clearance Requirements: * An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
* Must be a U.S. citizen. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
* Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
* Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
