We are a growing roofing company seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to help expand our presence throughout the Tucson market. This position focuses on business development, community engagement, networking, and referral partner growth rather than door-to-door sales.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in real estate, property management, outside sales, networking, or community outreach who enjoys building long-term professional relationships and creating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
    • Realtors
    • Property managers
    • Contractors
    • Home inspectors
    • Insurance agents
    • Local businesses and community organizations
  • Generate new roofing leads through networking, relationship-building, and community involvement
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, chamber events, and local community functions
  • Help coordinate and host marketing and community outreach events
  • Follow up with prospective clients and referral partners
  • Track leads, partnerships, and sales activity within CRM systems
  • Identify new business development opportunities within the Tucson market
