The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a sales position and serves as the strategic face of the company, developing growth initiatives that drive sustainable financial performance. This is a leadership position focused on identifying untapped markets, forging elite executive-level relationships, and ensuring our growth aligns with both legal integrity and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
High School Diploma or GED required OR Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field
Experience
  • 7+ years of proven success in business development, strategic sales, or a senior revenue-generating role
  • Experience in F&I or the automotive aftermarket is preferred

  • Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that balances aggressive financial gain with long-term brand equity and customer retention.

  • Prospect and secure high-value partnerships through targeted outreach and consultative business meetings.

  • Oversee the preparation and negotiation of sales contracts, ensuring rigorous adherence to industry regulations and law-established guidelines.
  • Provide the CRO with data-backed feedback, market forecasts, and tactical support to refine the company's overall revenue roadmap.
  • Build and nurture enduring partnerships with a portfolio of new and existing key accounts to ensure lifetime value.
