Business Analyst - Mortgage Strategy & Transformation (100% Remote)Our client, a leading Management Consulting firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation initiative for Banking Client within their mortgage business
This role is open on a W2 Basis or Straight Full Time. No Third parties
This role will help assess the current mortgage business, including products, servicing operations, third-party/vendor relationships, and overall operating model. The consultant will work closely with senior business leaders to analyze findings and develop executive-level recommendations.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze mortgage business processes, products, and servicing operations
  • Evaluate mortgage portfolio, product offerings, packaging/bundling strategies, and outsourcing models
  • Gather and analyze business and operational data from multiple systems
  • Document findings, business processes, and recommendations
  • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders throughout the engagement
  • Support strategic transformation initiatives, including M&A/integration analysis where applicable

Required Experience
  • 10+ years as a Business Analyst
  • Deep experience within the mortgage industry
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Mortgage products
    • Mortgage servicing
    • Mortgage operations
    • Third-party servicing/vendors
  • Experience supporting large business transformation initiatives
  • Executive presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills

Nice to Have
  • Canadian mortgage industry experience
  • M&A integration or business integration projects
  • Commercial or Corporate Banking experience
  • Vendor/outsourcing assessments

Compensation: $500.00 - $700.00 per day
