Fanatics TCG is a new Seattle-based trading card game studio within the Fanatics Collectibles family, founded by industry veterans with a long-term mandate: to build enduring franchises that live across tabletop, digital, community, and culture. Weโ€™re looking for the most skilled and passionate talent in the games industry and beyond to help us create the best trading card games in the world.

Who Weโ€™re Looking For

Weโ€™re looking for a Business Strategy Associate to support the highest-priority, highest-complexity, and highest-visibility initiatives on Fanatics TCGโ€™s strategic roadmap. Strong candidates can expect to support multiple initiatives end-to-end and be a collaborative partner across business and creative functions in the entire studio. The ideal candidate is a highly flexible self-starter with top-notch analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive multiple high-impact, long-term, and ad-hoc business initiatives, working cross-functionally with teams across the studio to ensure project success
  • Actively plan and manage high-visibility programs; collaborate with key stakeholders to scope, research, and size opportunities
  • Support demand forecasting and partner with Commercial and Product teams on product planning and go-to-market strategy
  • Set goals, report findings, and help present progress updates and recommendations to Fanatics TCG leadership
  • Engage with a wide array of internal teams and channel partners to better understand industry dynamics and refine recommendations accordingly

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2โ€“4+ years of experience, preferably in Management Consulting, Strategy, Business Operations, or Program Management
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • Strong quantitative and analytical proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in preparing and presenting reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Proactive self-starter with a passion for solving complex problems, driving results, and continuous improvement
  • Confident, intellectually curious, and adept at navigating ambiguity with a strong desire to learn

Location

All employees of Fanatics TCG are expected to be onsite in our Seattle office five days per week.
