QSR Domain Consulting Partner

Highly experienced and strategic QSR Domain Consulting Partner to lead advisory engagements, drive IT services and solution sales, and build and grow our QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry practice. This role demands a deep understanding of the QSR sector, strong consulting acumen, and the ability to translate client business needs into technology-enabled solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advisory Leadership: Lead high-impact consulting engagements focused on Supply chain Operations and Supply chain management, Labor scheduling, Store Operations, customer experience, and technology modernization across QSR enterprises.
  • Practice Development: Build and scale the QSR domain practice, including capability development, go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and solution accelerators.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales and solutioning teams to identify opportunities, shape proposals, and present strategic IT service offerings to C-level stakeholders.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, guiding strategic initiatives and long-term roadmaps aligned to QSR business priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with delivery, innovation, and alliance teams to bring differentiated solutions to market and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in the QSR or foodservice industry, with a strong mix of domain, consulting, and technology experience.
  • Proven track record in advisory consulting and client engagement at the executive level.
  • Experience in selling and delivering IT services and solutions to QSR clients.
  • Deep understanding of QSR business processes, industry trends, supply chain, and store operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
