Job description

We're looking for a flexible, team-oriented Hospitality Support Associateto help keep our operation running smoothly across both front and back of house. This is a cross-trained role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever the team needs support - including assisting with event and buffet setup/execution when needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Support servers during service by running food, clearing tables, and assisting with guest needs
  • Assist with expo duties, ensuring accurate and timely food delivery
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas
  • Complete basic kitchen prep tasks as needed (e.g., portioning, stocking, light food prep)
  • Step into serving responsibilities when needed, depending on experience and business levels
  • Work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown for events and special functions
  • Help with event setup and execution as needed
