Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Senior Associate Broker - Property to join our growing team in Boynton Beach, FL!
The Senior Associate Broker - Property works directly with an established Broker. Under general supervision from a Broker, Office Leader or other executive, individual's primary duties are in the analysis of market research information and in the sale of renewal of business. Develops and utilizes creative strategies based on analysis to produce renewal business. This position does not drive for business.
How You Will Contribute:
  • Builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with clients at all levels within the company and leads appropriate resources to address the client's needs, including risks and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.
  • Analyzes market information to develop, design, and implement creative strategies for sales team members and customers.
  • Work with Broker, ensuring that all required information is obtained, proper applications are completed, quotes and binders are confirmed in writing, policies are issued promptly and accurately, state filings (where applicable) are made, and taxes paid in accordance with appropriate state laws.
  • Successfully markets and provides solutions for renewal business revenue from existing clients.
  • Discusses business needs and proposes company products and services for existing clients.
  • Retains knowledge of all markets available to maximize opportunities to negotiate placements.
  • Services in the designated book of business as it relates to marketing, administration, and sales.
  • Monitors, identifies, and develops new methods for processes and procedures.
  • Maintains compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • An active state insurance license.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) or more years of successful insurance experience.
