Position requires flexible availability to work Monday through Thursday 8:15am to 5:15pm, Fridays 8:15am to 6:15pm, and rotating Saturdays 8:30am to 1:15pm.

Job Title: Relationship Banker 4
Summary: The Relationship Banker 4 will primarily focus on supporting branch sales goals by advancing branch associates' product sales and customer service. The Relationship Banker 4 supports associates who develop new customer relationships and strengthens existing relationships by ensuring each customer is aware of and offered appropriate products and services to meet their existing and future financial needs. The associate at this level will assume a leadership role in planning and executing daily and special activities for the branch and could occasionally cover the manager's responsibilities during their absence.

What You'll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Drive associate performance through accountability
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of financials and profitability
• Hold associates accountable for achieving sales goals through coaching and observations.
• Lead and support the branch associates in coordination with Branch Sales Managers (BSMs)
• Coordinate and execute personalized professional development plans for each branch team member by maximizing growth and business opportunities through one-on-one conversations, educational courses, career coaching and motivation.
• Develop an associate career pathing mentality and prepare others for career advancement opportunities.
• Build and leverage relationships with strategic partners (such as AWM, Private Banking, Small Business, etc.) to fulfill customers' unique needs when opportunities arise.
• Drive change by understanding and communicating the purposes behind changes being made. Actively participate in the change process while supporting associates during changes.
• Support and reinforce the direction of the company with frontline associates.
• Lead by example by resolving complex customer and associate issues professionally.
• Collaborate with HR and BSM to align expectations of leading team members in specific situations.
• Acquire transferable skills by completing Arvest programs such as Leadership Academy, Propel, Rising Leaders, Next Level, Edge, etc.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans, accept consumer loan applications and facilitate loan closings
• Takes a residential mortgage loan application for any consumer purpose.
• Offers or negotiates terms of a residential mortgage loan for compensation or gain.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Successful achievement of defined competencies of Relationship Banker 3 or similar retail branch banking experience required
• 2 years' experience in a retail banking environment or equivalent related work experience required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days required.
• Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
Physical Demands:
The associate must be able to travel occasionally by themselves within the US, possibly overnight. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
