Job description

Position Title: Associate Attorney
This role is critical for managing the full lifecycle of cases, from initial assignment through resolution. The Associate Attorney will handle a diverse caseload, typically managing 30 to 40 cases at any time. This position offers the opportunity to develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with clients, conduct depositions, and draft motions. The firm frequently goes to trial, providing valuable experience and training for the right candidate. A remote work environment allows for flexibility, though it requires an independent approach to onboarding and case management.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE
Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of cases from initial assignment through resolution
  • Conduct depositions and examinations under oath
  • Draft and argue motions
  • Prepare legal opinions and analysis
  • Lead trials as first chair after gaining experience
  • Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with clients
  • Work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration

Associate Attorney Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, including discovery, motions, and depositions
  • Strong litigation skills and a desire to try cases
  • Willingness to travel within California for court appearances and trials
  • Barred in California
