Job description

Midtown Tulsa Law Firm is seeking an attorney with 0-5 years experience to assist with litigation practice- particularly discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.


Law Firm focuses on business law, real estate law, construction law, commercial litigation. Candidate will work closely with other attorneys in the firm while having responsibility for significant discovery, court appearances, case management, and monitoring and managing deadlines.


Responsibilities


  • Draft and respond to written discovery.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions
  • Draft motions and legal briefings for trial court proceedings.
  • Court appearances for argument on motions.
  • Draft contracts.
  • Review business transactions.


Candidate must be an Oklahoma licensed attorney or be eligible for admission to the Oklahoma Bar.
