$100,000 - $130,000 yearly

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Attorney, you will play a central role in both case strategy and client outcomes, including:

• Serving as lead counsel on complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and property division
• Acting as a primary advisor and advocate for clients during high-stakes, emotionally charged situations
• Developing and executing a case strategy from inception through resolution
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and related legal documents
• Conducting legal research and providing high-level legal analysis
• Handling hearings, negotiations, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborating with firm leadership and support staff to ensure excellence in representation
• Mentoring and supporting attorneys and staff as appropriate
• Upholding the firm’s commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client-centered advocacy

We're Looking For Someone Who

You are more than an accomplished attorney.

You are someone who leads with professionalism, communicates with empathy, and approaches every case with thoughtful strategy.

You likely possess:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license and membership in good standing with your State Bar
• 10+ years of legal experience, with significant experience in family law litigation
• Extensive knowledge of family law procedures, courtroom advocacy, and litigation strategy
• Proven ability to independently manage complex family law cases
• Exceptional legal research, writing, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sound judgment under pressure
• A client-first mindset and unwavering ethical standards
• A collaborative leadership style and desire to mentor others
