Couch Lambert seeks an Associate Attorney to join our Creditors' Rights Practice. ย This exciting opportunity is for the candidate looking for diverse, challenging and rewarding civil litigation work, including attendance at hearings. ย The ideal applicant should be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Mississippi, 1-3 years of litigation experience is preferred, not required. ย This position involves staff oversight responsibilities and team collaboration. ย Applicants should be self motivated with strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational ย and communication skills. ย Core responsibilities include tasks related to legal debt collection, writing articles and regulatory bulletins about changes in the law, bench-bar relations and leadership roles in legal consumer financial services. ย We offer a rewarding and positive work environment. ย
