An established South Carolina law firm seeks a Personal Injury focused Associate Attorney to join their Greenville office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years experience in Personal Injury (experience will be current or very recent).
  • Some experience with workers compensation and social security law is a plus.
  • Experience in a law firm setting is a must.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina and in good standing with the SC Bar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Computer Savvy.
  • Experience in legal case management software preferred.
  • Proven record dealing compassionately with numerous clients on a daily basis.
  • Have a successful record negotiating and settling personal injury claims.
  • This law firm is seeking a high energy, team player, who can motivate staff in a positive way.
