You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial disputes.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Advise clients on risk assessment and litigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on land use and environmental matters when applicable.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be admitted to the Illinois bar and in good standing
