Job description

Ready for sophisticated corporate work without the big-market grind? A law firm is seeking a 1โ€“3 year Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney to join its corporate team in Amarillo, Texas.

Your focus will be on corporate transactions, M&A, business planning, corporate governance, real estate, finance, and lending matters. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of corporate transactional experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent drafting, research, writing, and communication skills.

Candidates must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the Texas Bar, pending admission, or eligible to become licensed in Texas.

Compensation includes a $125,000 to $140,000+ DOE base salary, bonus opportunities, and strong benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) match, disability and life insurance, paid bar dues/CLE/business expenses, phone reimbursement, vacation, PTO, and paid holidays.
