Job description

About the Role -

We are partnering with a South King County firm that is actively growing its landlord-tenant and eviction practice and needs an attorney who is ready to take on real responsibility from day one. This is a high-volume, process-driven practice area — and if you like structure, clear workflows, and seeing a matter move from start to finish efficiently, it tends to be a strong fit.

The Work -

You will manage a caseload of eviction and landlord-tenant matters, handle all stages of the process from filing to hearing, keep clients informed and prepared, and maintain clean, accurate files throughout. Speed, precision, and client communication are the pillars of this role.

The Right Fit -

  • Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
  • 0–4 years of experience; civil litigation or landlord-tenant background is a plus
  • Process-oriented and detail-driven — someone who can carry volume without losing accuracy
  • A communicator who keeps clients in the loop and manages expectations well
  • Comfortable working within structured systems while building their own rhythm

Compensation & Benefits -

  • No billable hour requirements
  • 9–5 Monday through Friday
  • PTO with flexibility for the right candidate
  • Hybrid eligible after the initial 90–120 day onboarding window
  • Benefits package in development
