The Impact you will have in this role:ย 

Being a member of the Asset Services Product team, The Asset Services Product Management Associate Director assists in business analysis and documenting requirements of moderately complex initiatives with a primary focus on the book of work made up of regulatory, compliance and client experience driven projects. The position will oversee and sometimes draft and present business requirements to both internal and external stakeholders for ratification, in addition to coordinating with cross-functional resources to achieve project objectives and representing DTCC in various industry led forums on projects and new initiatives. The role also facilitates and leads external working groups composed of major industry participants that help advise on requirements and design options.ย .ย 

Your Primary Responsibilities:ย ย 

  • Lead annual business planning, volume, revenue forecasts and pricing reviews tracking and managing revenue and expenses for the businessย ย 
  • Maintain regular dialogue with Asset Services Operations, Internal Control Groups, and Technology staff, including bi-weekly review meetingsย ย 
  • Manage achievement of project deliverables and includes coordinating efforts of a variety of functional areas to ensure projects are completed on time and budgetย ย 
  • Identify potential risks to achieving project objectives and elevates to Director, or ED when not quickly resolvedย ย

Qualifications:ย 

  • 8+ years of experience in Securities Processingย or related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferredย 

ย Talents Needed For Success:ย ย ย 

  • Familiarity of Corporate Actionsย 
  • Experience leading project delivery, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting, Derivatives and security financial products
  • Strong business analysis and communication skillsย ย 
  • Familiar with the "Agile" approach to project management as this will be deployed on most projects going forward.
