Warehouse Associate (IN, Columbus)

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, offering snacks, beverages, and breaktime essentials that keep our customers refreshed and energized. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment where every shift contributes directly to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
  • Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
  • Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
  • Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
  • Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/ GED or previous warehouse experience.
  • Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience.
