Job description

Provide technical expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining applications in support of Netsmart's operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps for business systems
  • Lead solution architecture reviews and provide architectural governance across multiple business system implementations
  • Partner with business stakeholders and business system administrators to establish configuration standards and best practices
  • Evaluate new technologies and architectural approaches to drive innovation
  • Guide and mentor Business System Developers and Business System Administrators in architectural decisions
  • Oversee technical design for complex, cross-platform solutions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key platform partners
  • Conduct Proof-of-Concept to evaluate feasibility of new solutions
  • Design, manage, and maintain data warehouse ETL's using Azure native services

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 7 years experience operating enterprise SaaS, PaaS, or custom developed software
  • At least 2 years experience designing system architecture
  • At least 2 years experience operating in a major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI
  • Deep expertise in systems integration patterns, API design, and enterprise architecture principles
  • Strong understanding of security architecture and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in database administration and/or data warehousing strategies

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL database administration
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory pipelines
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
  • Proficient in utilizing Artificial Intelligence agents to boost productivity
