Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Oracle Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As an Oracle Application Security & Controls Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for Oracle applications, focusing on compliance and security. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and provide guidance to help clients mitigate risks and protect sensitive data. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will be instrumental in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives through seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, uphold professional standards, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Your work will contribute to maintaining compliance with industry regulations and enhancing security within Oracle applications.

• Analyzing client requirements to implement security measures within Oracle applications
• Providing guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborating with clients to optimise operational efficiency through business application consulting
• Implementing software solutions and offering training for seamless integration of business applications
• Validating compliance and enhancing security measures to protect sensitive data
• Utilising analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
• Developing policies and guidelines to support compliance and governance frameworks
• Conducting compliance audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks
• Managing and inspiring junior team members to deliver quality client solutions
• Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver value

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite
• Utilising analytical thinking to solve complex compliance challenges
• Developing policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance
• Implementing compliance technology to enhance governance frameworks
• Excelling in audit documentation and compliance advisement
• Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
