You Are

As a Technical Architect with the ServiceNow Business Group you are an experienced innovator of new applications in ServiceNow. You can architect system solutions with ServiceNow and describe the solution with ease.

  • Experienced advisor to the C-Suite, crafting the best solutions to meet their business needs.

  • Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.

  • Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress

The Work

  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

  • Technical Architects can expect to manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.

  • You are someone that is process oriented and prefers order over chaos.

  • You are comfortability asking for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.

  • Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning. Preferably in a high-tech consulting environment.

  • Minimum of 4 years' leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as: code reviews & architectural reviews.

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience with advanced scripting skills - JavaScript, SQL

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.

  • At least three ServiceNow certifications- System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience

Bonus Points If:

  • You have database experience

  • Cloud migration experience

  • ITIL Certified

  • Experience integration ServiceNow with AWS or Azure

  • Experience building prototypes

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude
