  • This lab based role will lead internal and external technical requests and projects for the APP applications team, with emphasis on Paper Packaging segments
  • Plans and executes laboratory projects to support customer/market projects in collaboration with technical service and sales teams.
  • Prepares laboratory reports which present findings and conclusions and prepares direct customer correspondence.
  • Effectively communicates technical information directly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develops portfolio knowledge in order to make product recommendations and identify gaps.
  • Develops and implements applications testing capabilities.
  • Actively supports the quality complaint investigation process.
  • May execute customer visits for complaint investigations, troubleshooting, data collection, product/technology demos, equipment management, and training seminars as needed.
  • Leads by example in safety and maintains 100% compliance for all SHE initiatives.
