Description
McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking an onsite Junior Application Analyst for our Peachtree Corners, GA office location. The Junior Application Analyst is an entry-level role that supports the configuration, maintenance, testing, and improvement of the firm's case management software, CaseAware, with a particular emphasis on legal document modifications. This position works closely with legal and administrative departments to understand workflows and assist with system and document updates. Prior CaseAware experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordinating with legal and administrative departments to understand their processes, tasks, and workflow needs.
  • Assist with configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining processes and data within CaseAware under the guidance of more experienced team members to support and streamline workflows.
  • Assist with identifying and troubleshooting basic process and data issues, documenting findings and escalating more complex issues through the appropriate channels.
  • Support the creation, modification, testing, and maintenance of legal document templates while learning CaseAware document logic and mark-up.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; 0-2 years of relevant technical, administrative systems, legal technology, or similar experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience with CaseAware or another case management system is a plus, but is not required. Training will be provided.
  • Basic familiarity with databases or SQL is a plus. A willingness to learn SQL and data concepts is more important than prior experience.
  • Experience with Excel Power Query is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize work in a busy environment.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Experience with PowerPoint or other Microsoft 365 tools is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly and ask questions when additional guidance is needed.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and professional and courteous communication with team members.
